Flying, KSW Style!
|
Ki landed lightly on his feet and immediately charged forward towards the dummy. At the last second he leapt over the dummy and spun in midair quickly striking the dummy first with his left foot in the head and then with his right forearm on the shoulder. As he landed he collapsed his body rolling in a half-moon around the dummy to the right, leaping to an attack stance at the end and throwing two lightning fast punches into the dummies upper torso before again moving quickly to a different position.
This was the essence of Ki's fighting style strike and move and do both quickly, often, and with efficiency. If you weren't there when your opponent struck then you couldn't be hit. He also felt it better to land many strong blows rather than a few crushing blows, this would help to keep you from exhausting your own energy while wearing your opponent down. However Ki also favored the ability to change your fighting style when needed so as not to become predictable to an opponent. Ki executed one final spin kick striking the dummy solidly in the back of the neck. He landed in a crouch position, coming smoothly to his feet just as the gym doors began to open.
