Random voting is par for the course on Day 1. You gauge people's reactions and try to ferret out the scum. But rushing into a Day 1 lynch before evidence has arisen does indeed benefit only the mafia. Speaking of which. . .

I'd think the first sentence there was a mafiate slip up if not for the second sentence. On the other hands, more transparent ruses have been attempted.

And since I have at least two hands worth of fingers to point with, I'll go ahead and FOS: IHMN as well. I know the whole random thing is your style and all, but I found it suspicious in the last game and I find it no less so in this game.
