Heh, thats what the scots are there for.

I put my pants on right leg first and then left leg, both times all the way up. Then I button and then zip because its easier to zip up tight fitting pants then.

Shirts, I pull it off by the neck if its a T-Shirt or some light long sleeve shirt. If its a button up shirt, I pull one arm out at a time after unbuttoning (if it gets buttoned that is).
