I object to threads like these. They rely totally on one having, or knowing someone who has, a digital camera or a scanner. This, of course, singles out those of us who have no way to get their pictures onto the internet(s).

As I do not and have never had, in any capacity, a way to display myself online for anyone's enjoyment I protest this thread.

You never heard of a cameraphone?

As for me, I simply choose NOT to show my face, I prefer an air of mystery.
