Even as she did so, she put on another growth spurt, and Monty, seeing this and not wanting to be outdone, likewise grew in simultaneity with Rhiya, trying to outgrow the dragon as the dragon tried to outgrow Monty while in the process of snatching that damned flying Black out of the sky.
