Yes, definitely need a Solid-Snake, and if your going to have him, you need a Liquid-Snake with exact same stats and age. For good measure, throw in Big-Boss, with all the stats the same also, and age... Oh say somewhere between 50 and 60.

Third here would be an alright Liquid Snake

And unless you made Big Boss a ruler, the third here is an alright one for him.
