Please help me pick out a laptop

I realize I asked for help recently, but I decided to get a laptop instead. (But I will get a 360 eventually. Thanks for the responses.)

So, for aprox $700, can I get a laptop that is capable of playing the Orange Box and/or the upcoming C&C: Red Alert 3 or is that not nearly enough.

(If I can't get a system that would play those at the price mentioned, what about one that I could modify later on to be able to play them?)
