I currently live in Redmond, a suburb of Seattle in Washington, and it's pretty sweet. All the houses are new, it's pretty clean (a little dirtier than Fargo), and the cars are surreally free of dirt and rust (Fargo having inclement weather so often usually makes cars dirty, while here, the rain keeps them quite clean, and new paint jobs plus the area's affluence (what with all the programmers) make for shiny cars).
Everything is crazy green here because there's like no snow (There was a light dusting in late December/early January, but I went home during that to see REAL snow, piled 4 feet high). It's t-shirt weather here and it's January (note, I define T-shirt weather as anything above 40º F). There are no Wal-Mart stores, instead there's "Fred Meyer," and I'm introduced to a grocery store chain called "Safeway." No Sun Mart, no Target, no Cash Wise, no Hornbacher's (I guess this one was local to Fargo-Moorhead), and no CEC Theaters. Also, there's hills here. Back where I came from, everything was totally flat. Seriously, the highest point in elevation in Moorhead was a 3 foot high "hill" (more of a mound) on Concordia campus.
