Error Message

So I have a problem that's been with me about a month now. As I work on my computer, I get two error messages that come up:

Runtime error 5 at 13105866

After some experimentation, it only seems to come up when I'm connected to the Internet; when the wireless is off I don't have any trouble. I've done a bunch of system restores, and those worked well enough until I'd slip in a flash drive. I think it may have to do with my accidentally kicking the drive while it was stuck in one of the front ports (my tower was close to the floor, I was walking by and I hit it by accident. Dumbass, I know.

), but I'm not for certain.

I figure now is as good a place as any to ask, does anyone have an idea of what may be the problem and how I may go about fixing it?
