CJ, if you don't pass that class, the teacher has no right to stay on in the school. That is gorgeous.


Kyanbu: You're getting a good handle on anatomy. The head is a bit wonky, though. Part of it is the Sonic-style bit left over. I think at this point in your art, it might be better to start moving away from that a bit. Her face would look better if her muzzle protruded a bit. You can keep it close to Sonic-style without keeping it totally flattened. In fact, Sonic and crew's muzzles aren't totally flush, either. The difference is a millimeter or two on the outside (left) edge and it would help give it depth.

Haha thanks. Whether I pass or not at this point pretty much depends on turning it in on time XD My prof is a huge stickler for deadlines. He's like "if it's not in on time, you don't pass the class, period" So here's hoping nothing HORRIBLE happens.

I decided to make her a Affectionate parody of The Boss in MGS3 at least in looks.
Kyanbu Your Character is being a Bitch to draw. I have tried many diffrent looks(body builder, Indiana Jones style, Army ish, Jinkins ish) and they dont fit right.
Oh and thanks Blue For the translation for others You know know why I am Called Doc.
Also Changed Proportions On IQ to make her less sexist.

There are a couple things I didn't get, though. What software are you using? It might be of benefit to grab something with layers like GIMP or Paint.NET, or hell, even Inkscape so you have a decent undo and layers to help preserve the original art and type the text in yourself if need be.

I'm using Sketchpad with Pencil tool.
I will use My Photoshop cs4 for the comic.

I just realized you were being sarcastic. *totally didn't Google Sketchpad*

No, but I mean what you're importing it into after scanning. If you have Photoshop, then that should be plenty fine for adding a new layer and typing in your own translations if need be. I find it's a good policy to abuse the crap out of layers to protect bits of work you don't want to mess up. I even use them for spriting.

Yeah I probably shouldn't have token a break from it all yesterday. Things happen (both good and or bad) when I'm away for some reason.

The Sonic face has been addressed and dealt with already. Nearly all of the new stuff is far away from it. But I still have to finish the old CGs I've been working on including some of the older ones (a few months old). So expect to see more stuff like that for a few more days (possibly weeks) before I can focus draw more new stuff using the level I'm at now.

To be honest I'm still not looking forward to the fact that I have to redo all of the profiles and the poster again (thank god it was only 4 or 5 done before the change). Something that will have to be done eventually for the sake of art consistency.

This is pretty much me ranting. Ignore it, as it's only posted to blow off steam.
Though that still being a issue is kinda frustrating considering all the hard work and hours of trial and error, studying autonomy, and other people's furry art and constant research I did all to move away from that one problem (while showing some homage to it). There really isn't any other direction to go other then.

Petting Zoo People (which I refuse to do because it destroys what I wanted to accomplish with D-Universe to make it stand out from my other projects)

Human faces with fur (which is what I've been doing this past week)


Thank you for the help, but really from now on. Let it be known that I'm completely aware of any problems related to the faces and they are being dealt with. In fact Mischief Knights getting updated at a rock's pace and Red Mages request still not being worked on is proof that this problem is what I'm currently dealing with.


That aside I should post this now since it's what I drew yesterday on my nature walk/off day.
