Default Help choosing a computer

Long story short, I'm leaving to Spain in a few weeks and will not be taking my table-top computer with me. I am planning to buy a portable computer/pad to take with me. I've been looking at what this store has to offer, since it has a good reputation and it's fairly close to me. I'm afraid the site is in finnish.

Anyway, I'm looking for recomendations and general advice. I'd mostly be using this computer for internet and possibly some study related work. I'm not looking to replace my table-top comp here since it's still perfectly servicable and which I use mainly for gaming. I wouldn't mind playing some games while in Spain, but that is a function that has to take a back seat here because of the high cost:power relatio of portables.

I'm thinking my max spending limit for this will be 1000€.

e: Also, I'd rather not buy apple.
