synkr0nized isn't on the not-admin team anymore. Probs by her choice, I'm sad to say.
I didn't make this thread to air clean laundry in public so let's just say there were things we - not me and synk only but several of us and synk - massively agreed upon. We discussed them in the past, as far as several years back, and it became clear that this would be the only way they would start. And they needed to start. So here we are. Just to be clear on this, this is some awesome, evenhanded shit we're pulling here and synk, I'm sorry for doing it. If I saw some other way I wouldn't be doing it. What I did make this thread for is to say: thanks, synk. Apart from the unmentioned aforementioned things you did a stellar job here. Without you this forum would look a damn great deal different and we'd be missing some incredibly useful functions, like the swap tag. And including moderating and hopefully admin-ing you're just an all-around great poster and swell gal who regularly does very awesome things, and the forum would look and feel a great deal different without those, too. I mean, red text. Jesus. I hope we won't have to miss out on that kind of thing in the future.

This thread leaves me feeling very confused.
Also I am pretty sure you have referred to Synk as female, so I shall hold to my belief that her voice is just very masculine and baritone.

For the record, promotions are handed out based on whoever said "Not it" the slowest.

You know, I tried to come up with a witty comment. And as Loyal took the most obvious one, I wracked my brain looking for something nearly as good. Then a part of me I have had trouble squashing piped in with a simple comment: Why do I need one?
