Bitches love the crown
|
Name: Kiro
Side: Bad Race: Human Age: 27 Appearance: Short messy black hair, stands around 5'8'. Wears black samurar armor minus the helm. He wears his sword on his back, and weapons from his strongest enemies on his side. His sword always vibrates when held still. He currently has two normal swords on his side. Weapons: The Echo blade on his back, two regular katanas on his side. Special Skill: When in movement, The Echo Blade leaves 5 different afterimages. These images tend to follow a slightly different path of the blade, and each afterimage usually follows 3 inches behind each other. The Afterimages deal just as much damage as the blade itself and are just as hard, so they can be fanned out as a shield. Second Special Skill: Using the power of the Echo Blade, Kiro makes 6 afterimages of himself. These afterimages attack about half a second each behind the last one, and each one still uses the ability of the Echo Blade. This means that Kiro hits an enemy 36 times in a matter of seconds, but this usually drains him pretty badly, to a point walking is challenging. History: Kiro is a warrior who enjoys a kill. The only thing he enjoys more than a kill is a good fight, but those rarely happen. He has trained all his life for the use of his family sword, The Echo Blade, so he knows how to use it properly. After training to the age of 18, Kiro struck out on his own. His father taught him the ways of Honor, but since early childhood he disregarded them as nonsense. Out on the own, he needed a way to make money, and he soon found bounty hunting to be a good way to make it. At first he just hunted whatever bounty he found, but soon others started to approach him with less that legal bounties. These paid a lot more, but they never offered a challenge, and after a while Kiro gave up on them. Having made plenty of money on his own, he now seeks bounties for thier challenges rather than anything else. He respects those that he thinks are the best of who he fights by taking their sword as his own. Extra: Since Kurama hasn't done much of anything, Kiro isn't after his head.

I knew we were going to bring that up.
The first one ended because BMHadoken decided that he didn't want to play as Grim anymore. The attack on his character was meant to purify him so he couldn't hold onto Reaper's body, but then he PMed me saying he had to leave for a while, so he decided that it would kill him. Thus, ending the RP. And, somehow, having SS end up as a little kitty cat. EDIT: And Inbred, you're good.

IGNORE ME!
|
Name: Sanjuro Yamada
Side: Good Race: Human Age: 17 Appearance: About 5'7' with short black hair and dark brown eyes. He's a skinny little boy who nearly looks malnourished and wears some shaby peasants robes. Weapons: A katana which has a longer and thicker blade then normal. Special Skill: Super human strength and durability. History: As a boy Sanjuro demonstrated an inhuman amount of strength for not only a boy his age, but normal men in general. Born as the son of a lowly farmer his strength was put to use in the fields where he would carry the burdens of the livestock his family couldn't afford. He was even loaned out to other farmers in the village to help with any labor. As he grew older his focus turned towards making a quicker buck, one day while visiting a large city he came across a man who would fight any challenger and if the challenger won he could have the pot. Sanjuro took up the challenge with what little money he had to pony up for the pot. Knocking the man unconscious in one punch (and halfway down the street) Sanjuro soon began an exciting life as a Fighter-for-Hire. Although his skill with his sword lacks finess entirely it generally gets the job done. And despite the fact he makes piles of money for his work he never seems to have any of his own. Be it from his large appetite or the fact he sends almost all of his money home to his parents. Extra: Not a smart guy, but he's happy go lucky and knows when its time to get serious... although that doesn't mean he becomes serious. He just realizes when he should.

God DAMMIT! I'm in four RPs as it is, and now I really, REALLY wanna join this one... Ah well, I'll just quit one. I'm not feeling much inspiration for that particular character anyway.
Yeah, I'll have a character up eventually, but not right now. Expect my character to be up at any point tomorrow, possibly later tonight. Or maybe it won't come. I won't know until I actually start thinking about this. But chances are I'm gonna post something at some point. |

Name: Yaburu.
Side: Bad Race: Human Age: 35 Appearance: He is of average build and looks a bit darkened and chapped by years in the sun. He dresses simply, in peasant clothes, and doesn't wield a weapon at all. Mostly, people assume he's either a travelling monk or a farmer. Weapons: His hands and his feet. Special Skill: Tekken Semehorobosu. The fist which destroys entirely. Through the use of a secret technique, by that name, which he developed himself, Yaburu can destroy most anything with his fist. His punch will leave a large crater in anything too large to be destroyed in one hit. The size of the crater (and, thus, the amount of material he can destroy) is dependent upon how strong the material is (He may create crater around 50 feet in diameter on average earth or in wood, but only about 10 in rock, and only one or two in steel). The material destroyed is not merely shattered, but rather distentegrated into a fine powder by the overwhelming force. When applied to human subjects, it turns their guts to slush and their bones to powder... and is often exceptionally messy, as liquified organs tend to escape through natural holes in the body. He must make a single, solid, foreward strike to pull off the manuever. History: Yaburu is a monk. He was, at one time, pure and holy and good. Everything that a monk should be. He helped orphans. He helped the homeless. He helped the diseased. However, others never helped him, and, often, they would hurt others. Even the noble samurai were vicious and evil, often decapitating innocents for offenses as slight as not bowing to their presence. For a long time he held onto the belief that the world was not rotten and that it could be changed, but, eventually, he had seen too much wrongful death. Too much supposed nobility turned to nothing but destruction, and, in time, it warped him. He has finally come to believe that though both humans and demons are corrupt, the demons are the lesser evil for they, at least, are honest about what they are. They are monsters and they admit to it proudly. Humans, however, are cowardly beasts who kill behind false pretenses. Who pretend to be good and noble and honest only to cut down women and children. Who torture their daughters with barbarous practices and beat their wives merely because of their genders. They must be purified, and the only purification suitable is that of destruction. The human race must be wiped out. He remains blissfully ignorant to his own hypocrisy of nobility and destruction. (Yes, this is an all true allegory to ancient japan) Extra: I hate you. No, that doesn't technically have to do with my character, but you DID say anything. Oh yah, and the more noble you claim to be, the more Yaburu hates you. The more 'good' your quest, the more he wishes you dead. He sees it only as more lies and hypocrisy. Note: I am not fully sure I want to be in this yet, but I felt like making that character. I hold the ability to change my mind about any aspect of him before start or just 'quit' at any time for any or no reason.

Prismatic- One of the bad guys was a Chaos Demon that went around killing things with a sword. Not a big deal. The main bad guy, as it went, was BMHadoken's character (or I guess characters), Grim and Reaper. They were a duo of bad guys. Grim was wraith-like creature that carried a scythe around with him. Reaper was a very large idiot. Grim pretty much pointed in a direction, and let Reaper create a path of destruction. After a while, BM had it so that Grim accidentally possessed Reaper's body. He also found that Reaper was a natural conduit for demon souls. As such, he began to collect the souls of demons to either use it on himself, or create strange hybrids. Once, he took the souls of a Fire Golem and an Earth Golem to make a Magma Golem. And at one point, Reaper was a creature with firey wings, long tentacles, and a large array of demonic horrors.
Dante- Good to hear it. lazyman- I can always count on you to join up. krylo- both harsh and good. Character accepted to join if you wish.

Offically "Down with the Sickness"

I know that I'm going to get a lot of flack for this, but I'm gonna ask it anyway: Do we have to be a swordsman, or can we be a hand to hand fighter?
I know you said that, "No swords, you die" or something along those lines, but a man who knew how to use his hands... I think that would really come in handy. Consider me interested... if you'll have me, fist or sword.

I just used swordsmen as an example. If they had the weapon during Feudal Japan era, then it will be allowed in the RP. Hell, if you want a muscle man that runs around carrying an old-fashioned barrel machine gun on his shoulder, so be it.
