I believe so. That is the way it is on PHPBB2. This may well be different. I suggest investigation into the matter.

Ah. My apologies in that case.

Back on topic. It seemed a bit... random. But not random in a haha way, random in a "random for the sake of random" way. It wasn't really close to 8-Bit, especially, except that several character stereotypes were used in a watered down kind of way, throwing them in, again, seemingly for the sake of doing so.
