I was working an eight hour shift followed by learning To Zanarkand on piano followed by reading Night Watch!

And also that ninety nine out of a hundred of my posts will be in RaiRO anyway even though I don't play there anymore...

Hey neat. Were you just learning from listening to it, or did you go find sheet music or from a friend, etc.?

Back when I tried to play guitar, I used to go looking for game music tabs to learn. For a while I was OK at playing Terra's theme and the main theme for FF VI. Not that it was all that complicated.

I also read music at the speed of molasses. (Not a good admission for a classically trained-ish guitarist, but hey, we have ways of making it work.)

It was a time-consuming process involving an arrangement of the piece and a lot of squinting.
