Ok edited decay so that he has to be in contact with his victim to do anything to it. Edited Reanimate so that there is no telepathic link, rather they just listen to his commands. Also explained what terror actually does.

Appearance: Neville must have been a baseball nut at some point in his life. You will never see him without some jersey number on his back. But if you see those seams tearing apart, best step back. After ripping jersey number 25, his wing span is impressive. More inconspicuously, he wears a heavy sports jacket and baseball cap.

Backstory: Until that first jackass stormed his apartment building, Neville was able to push his experience to the back of his head. One brief battle and a fall from his roof later, his situation became much more immediate.

The nickname came before the wings. At this point in his ARMS Run career he should be much more powerful. Fact is he's only defeated five of his opponents. Each stronger than the last. Each thinking they'd rip this hippie's fucking head off. But Neville still considers the possibility of an alliance with each foe that comes to fore. Nobody's plans ever go totally they're way.

Motivation: Through his opponents he's gain some contacts, but not much ARMS. Ideally he'd like for all competition in the tournament to stop, and force management to make a move.

Okay, I get the system now, and I fixed it. First, you need to put ARMS Units into actually converting your body into...ARMS flesh, I guess, to set a base for where you would spend additional ARMS Units to give that ARMS flesh powers beyond what it already comes with.

Confused, everyone? I was as well, but think of it like this:

Suppose I want Setsuki to be able to slice through anything with one of her legs. First, I would need to spend 20 ARMS Units to convert that whole leg into ARMS flesh and THEN spending an additional 10 ARMS Units to making it possible for that ARMS flesh leg to actually slice stuff up.

I suppose it's possible for Setsuki to have that now if I spent only 10 ARMS Units to convert the leg up to around the knee into ARMS flesh and then spending the other 10 ARMS Units to granting that converted flesh the slicing ability.

Given how many ARMS Units it seems to require to become something truely badass, Setsuki's going to friggin' kill every last one of you. After all, you're all at least 20 ARMS Units apiece, right? Oh, yeah, kill at least five of ya and Setsuki'd have 100 ARMS Units to spend. 80 would turn her all ARMS flesh with 20 to give her some truely horrifying abilities.

I'm sure there will be enough NPC freaks for us to kill and cannibalize for their ARMS before it comes to that. Though I figure the slow progression toward total bad ass is reasonable enough, makes it so you have to struggle in the early stages, though as time goes on we all adapt and figure out what we truly want to improve. Even with just the legs converted Setsuki would be moving like that guy on Prototype kicking bullets back at the shooters, riding on missiles and redirecting them, slicing through landmarks she didn't even hit, and impacting with so much strength the skyscrapers start to crumble. And that's probably with just two kills on another team if she hogs all the ARMS.

Prototype looks like a kick ass game with epic action. I certainly hope I'm not up against AB with that kind of power scale.

Name: Dorian Mistel
Gender: Male
Appearance: 5'8", caucasian, 167lbs, dark brown hair, hazel eyes. Left arm is completely afflicted by ARMS, though this is not readily apparent. He normally wears concealing clothing that can inconspicuously hide his face. Baseball hats with glasses, hoodies, long coats with high collars, etc.
ARMS:

Molecular Reconstruction (10): Basically shape shifting. Dorian can not alter the mass of infected areas, but he may stretch them, increase their density, alter their coloring, and shape them freely. It normally appears as a normal arm. In battle this changes. Usually multiple times.

Equipment: A nine mil glock and sufficient ammo taken from a banger.
Backstory: Dorian was a mostly average High School student before the incident, with little concern for grades--just dating, partying, having a good time. It was after one of these parties that he was taken. At first he just thought he had drank too much, and passed out. Had some strange dreams. Super Powered Secret Fighting Tournament? Ridiculous. Too much bad TV and too many nachos. Well that's what he thought until he was attacked on his way home from school by someone with strange powers. Stronger and faster than anyone Dorian had ever seen--and Dorian was his equal. It didn't make sense.

It did, however, make more sense than what happened after Dorian had killed his assailant in self-defense. It was gruesome, vampiric, and, above all, strange. His blood seemed to seep out of his hand and attach itself to the slain man, digging in, and pulling back, his victim's blood traveling with. Dorian knew he was cannibalizing the other's powers. That he hadn't been dreaming.

He didn't go home that night. He was going to use these powers to find that man with the needle and kill him, and his employers. He'd take the money from their cold dead hands, and then take his life back.
Motivation: Survival. True goal is to figure out who's organized this thing and get his life back.
Allignment: Chaotic Neutral

I highly doubt Setsuki'd be that strong. Judging from what was said in the first post, her legs just above the knees could regenerate completely, even if sliced clean off. They can heal quickly from considerable wounds, the muscles would probably never tire, cramp, fall asleep, or indicate pain...hmmm, oh, and she could skillfully pick locks with her toes, now. Or maybe she'll need some ARMS Units into some kind of advanced dexterity.

Apatheticfoxboy: Your wings are a 3-point power if you just have your ARMS on your back. However I do not think you realize, your wings aren't retractable. The more ARMS you have the more obvious your inhuman nature is. I suggest big coats

Krylo: I will assume you understand the pros and cons of doing things like altering denisty. Just remember although you can make it look normal it isn't invulentary, so if you are knocked out or sleeping it will revert back. I need your background before I can OK it, but otherwise its fine.

Atilla: umm... 7-point powers aren't even an option.

Raptor: Your fear would only be effective if people have legit reason to fear you. If they are a good degree above your power it wont work, atleast not as a level 5 power. Decay, I am very iffy on this. There are alot of variables to consider, how fast it works, how it affects living and inorganic material, long term effects, ect. For a free-form RP I'm not sure its do-able

Ok sign-ups are closing at the end of the day, we have a good number of players now. I might actually split people up into two groups, whether they are tight alliances or uneasy treaty is up to your player.

A few things about the game and what to expect.

I saw you were discussing power levels. You guys are still on the low end, which is obvious by the fact you still use mundane weapons. The more ARMS you get the stronger you become, I doubt I need to explain how someone with 200 units could do, and OOC, there is ALOT more then that. Though I'm keeping exact number to myself.

In game I will be trying something out, I like to call it "BREAKING NEWS" which will take the form of news reports about any major events, which will become more common as the existance of ARMS becomes more obvious. They will also give faux character sheets, be aware this will not be the NPCs actual sheet, but list what people believe to be accurate. For example they might say someones power is invulnerability, but really its just rapid regeneration

Ok tomorrow or tuesday I will start the RP, depending on if we get any last minute drop-ins

Yes that makes since. I'll move around my ARMS to make this happen. Big angel wings would be difficult to hide as they are, and would require a heavy ass coat. On the other hand if said wings got ripped off(in a attack or otherwise), what we'd have are two stumps easily concealable. Having complete control over my regeneration, I could keep those stumps as is until I really needed it. Of course, this is only permissible until you give me the thumps up.
