"Hm.... Why is it so dark in here? You'd think NexGen would know to keep the lights on in the transporter room. I guess there's a reason we keep him so far off-world, huh? Now, where is that light switch hiding? Mm? Oh right, thanks Anima. Here we go!"
As the lights came on, Flare and Arhra Two found themselves in a very different environment from the cold vacuum of space in which they were just a moment before. Beneath them was a circular transporter pad constructed of plastic and metal, which itself was surrounded by burgundy carpet, and the futuristic appearance of the several computer consoles lining the walls was offset by what appeared to be 1890's-style wood paneling. "Welcome aboard the POS Industries private frigate Riyal," Rei Zeus greeted the pair as she absent-mindedly played with an emerald bracelet that adorned her left wrist, "Couldn't have my new fiancée die in space, now could I? And Flare, I believe that you're still under our employ, so it seemed reasonable to bail you out of a bad situation. Be a shame to inadvertently kill off one of our contractors like that, you know?" ------------------------------------------------------------ "Ho snaps! The Double-Deuce!" Rei Overdrive cried out as the various projectiles impacted against her, knocking her backward and breaking the energy net she had constructed around the megazord. "Hehe, looks like that big ugly thing can fight after all! Yay! And here I was worried that this might not be any fun.... Well, let's try this!" Generating a large ball of energy in her hand, Rei hurled the orb at the zord before leaping upward, transforming the glowing hands of her giant outer body into long blades, intent on slicing the NPFers mech into ribbons as she descended upon it. "DEATH FROM ABOVE!!" ------------------------------------------------------------ "Aha! Not a stickler for details when you go about creating a universe, are ya?" "Well, to be honest," Nihilem shrugged after Mesden goatsed her way into the noticeably obliterated Pantheon of the Gods, "I haven't exactly found the 'Create' button on these god powers yet. 'Destroy', sure, it seems like all my powers do that nicely, but I'm not entirely sure if I can actually make anything. I do apologize for the mess, of course. I was in a bit of hurry when I arrived. Let me see if I can spruce things up a bit...." Turning his attention to a nearby pillar, he raised his hand slightly and conjured forth the same manifested aura of emptiness that had obliterated the Pantheon and, before that, all of Gaia. The shadow quickly enveloped the broken pillar, churning in place for a moment before dissipating and revealing a statue of Mesden, Mauve, and Flare that had been instantaneously sculpted from the marble: "Well, just because I can't create doesn't mean I can't get creative, I suppose," Nihilem chuckled as he returned his gaze to Mesden, "Anyway, Mesia dear, welcome! How have you been? Where have you been? And how did you make that portal, by the way? I got here by simply destroying the barriers between planes of existence, but that seems awfully messy and more than a bit rude. Kinda like just bashing your way through the wall Kool-Aid Man style, you know? Is there a special trick to the portal-making or is my way basically the same thing? Oh, there is so much to learn! Very exciting stuff, indeed!" Pedros paused momentarily as he remembered his role in the story, and he attempted to subdue his giddiness for at least a moment. "Incidentally, have you seen Raiden's kid around here anywhere? He didn't look like he was in the room when I came in, though he certainly wouldn't be in here afterward, either.... Anyway, I kinda thought killing him might get on ol' Mr. Sparkle's nerves. Thoughts? Suggestions?"

T-MINUS ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF TIME THE RP HAS GONE SINCE I LAST POSTED
Fenris watched as the fabric of reality around him started to disperse. Turns out reality is actually composed of parts that look somewhat like staplers. Who knew? But anyway, all hope seemed lost for the Moderator, when suddenly a portal opened in front of him. Seizing his opportunity, he leapt through as the staplers behind him fell apart and the portal closed. -- Fenris emerged from the portal into a dimly lit room. Rolling to his feet, he examined his surroundings. He knew this place, although he hadn't really been in there much. The room seemed more like collection of hallways than a room, as were several isles comprised of cryogenic tubes. On each tube there were nameplates. He read the ones by him aloud. "Hm... Initial Complex, ionozacuzo, James Versai..." He walked out of that aisle, and noted that one of the aisles was labled "Hall-of-Famers." The names in there included Iyeru, Otaku Son, Admiral Kelly, and TheDarkKnight. Fenris remembered Iyeru none-too fondly and left the room. He met Meister in the hallway outside the door. "Did you warp me here?" Fenris asked the Administrator. "Yeah, you seemed like you were about to die." "Thanks. How'd you know?" "Monitors in all the bansticks. We can't just give you one and let you run loose, can we?" "Well, actually, you could... Anyway, thanks. Why'd Gaia suddenly evaporate?" "Well, funny story really..." T-MINUS NO SECONDS Fenris waited for Nihilem to come to NPF, because he knew that he would. And then, he would fight. -- VARDAMAN My mother is a fish.

Panicking more due to the fact that the water and wind heads weren't pitching in to help with the planet and perhaps an atmosphere, Amalplush began breathing at Rei, hopping that if the boss battle ended they would all be teleported to safety.
Washing machine... Oven... Sofa... A do it yourself fun genetic home experiments kit... A complete guide on converting carbon based life forms to a silicon basis and it's partner book, which told how to do the opposite... Sora... Complete limited edition super special collectors copy of all twelve seasons of Farscape as produced in the universe where it was never cancelled... A copy of Da Rules... A bathtub, full of water... A toaster... Wait, a bathtub and a toaster!? The two combined catastrophically upon impacting REI. And the other stuff probably didn't help either. And then... SOME STUFF HAPPENED! And at some point it stopped. "Boy, that sure was exciting!" Amalplush exclaimed. (There was an atmosphere now, so he could speak. Go figure.) "I hope that the camera caught all of that! Otherwise we'll need to record it all over again to put in the special features bonus disc."

Mauve's arm of the robot swung forwards to block the energy ball from hitting the rest of the Megazord. The outer metal plating of the arm was stained black from soot in several places, but still seemed functional.
"HA!" Mauve cackled victoriously. "One point for the Megazord, Zero for Rei!" The robot arm clenched a fist, and a larger orb of energy formed around the metal hand. Mauve shot this at the fast approaching Rei. "Er," she said, eyeing the blades the aforementioned android girl had. "Does someone wanna move this thing out of the way before we get impaled? CAN we move this thing? Just...um... Just a thought." The hand stretched towards Rei again, just in case the robot couldn't move and she and IC were to be the only defense against stabbiness.

"Ah, well no, I haven't seen RJ around for awhile. Probably on vacation with his dad somewhere doing something ridiculous. Oh, and on the phasing into places things, it really has to do with making your universe fit snuggly onto the laylines that everyone else's universes kind of center around, so you can, more or less, grab both of them when you grab your own universe's fabric of reality, and when you open up one, the other comes up. I've got a lot of practice so it wasn't too hard, even if this place," she gazed around at the inky darkness of the world, "is rather unfamiliar to me."
She took her steps over the the statue and just shook her head, "No no no, Mauve would definitely be the one with the gun, as it's the closest thing to burning hot death there is. I admit it's a good likeness though." She returned her attention to the new god-person, "And while I was away I was being very like yourself actually. See I've always had an interest in the mortal plane -- never had more influence there other than messing with rich, fat old men, telling them they're gonna die -- but I was out getting ridiculous corporate power the same way you got god power -- horribly convoluted and far too lengthy, but let's talk about that later! What I believe we should talk about now is," she raised her hand, pointing one long, red finger at Pedro's chest, "that."

"Why, darling, you've got me feeling all a-flutter!"
Nihilem broke his gaze on Mesden to cast a glance down at where she was pointing, noting the appearance of a dark violet crystal in his chest that was fading into visibility. "You know," he chuckled, returning his eyes to hers, "I'd always heard that the way to a man's heart was through his stomach, and yet I'm not eating anything right now. Maybe you could go into the kitchen and make me a sandwich. And get me a beer while you're up."

"Oh wow," Mesden looked taken aback, her head cocked slightly and her eyebrows raised questioningly, "You are true evil, huh? Well, anyhow, I guess you're immortal now, which isn't cool, because silly god immortality just makes you like respawn here when you die, so no matter how much I cut off your head, you'll just pop up right here again unless I..." her expression turned more melancholic, shrugging her shoulders as she sighed out, "break that crystal of yours. I'm sure you don't mind, of course?"
