And what purchase? This was a free beta that people got in the mail, remember? Like she said, by the time they got around to GameFAQs, it was already too late.

If John is seriously dead I don't know what to say about MSPA. We've been introduced to an absolute asston of terminology and items and systems and I've been enjoying it immensely, saying "Start over" would just annoy the crap out of me.

I'm sure that's not what he's doing but I'm still kind of worried.

I dunno. The fact that John ate the apple has some importance/relevance. I'm sure of that. And, as TT said, the only way to survive was to play, so it wouldn't be too farfetched for John to have survived, at least for now, on account of eating the apple.

There are still two other characters that know about and use those systems, with a third one likely.

1. There was a significant amount of time where the screen was whited out by the encroaching meteor, and John could have eaten it in that time. Edit: Oh, hey, look. I was right.
