"Me, because you used some fiery light spell in the water, THEN conjoured up a stone with rope after casting Slow on me!" anounced the blue mage as she crossed her arms and grinned at Thaumaturge, poking him on the shoulder.

Qeeko was mildly alarmed when her hand went right through the robes and her finger touched his skin. She was about to scream "AAARGH! PHANTOM ROBES!" but didn't as her brain began to click into the logic of it. She left the topic alone.

"So, chocolate then?"

Thaumaturge smiled, then said: "Heh, fair enough. Fifty bucks, not so?"

They walked over to the nearest chocolate outlet (which was apparently invisible, since it hadn't been mentioned thus far. Good job both QQ and I are mages!), where Thaumaturge handed over fifty bucks worth of gold from a small pouch. What the cashier didn't see was the small pass that he made over the pouch. As the pair walked away from the shop loaded down with melting chocolate, Thaumaturge commented lightly: "I hope that the good shopkeeper spends that gold quickly, because Fairy Gold turns to dust at sunrise. I'd feel guilty, except for the fact that he's an NPC"

BMG! had long since wandered out of the arcade and watched the whole thing with QQ and Thaum. She wondered for half a second if she should interfer, then decided that QQ was very entertaining when she is disciplining someone. BMG! meandered towards the water and began swimming (since she was wearing her swimming suit) She loved to bodysurf on the waves. BMG! fervently hoped that Demon would be able to join in sometime.....

"Alright that's it." Pops open the foot locker and takes out the Scottish kilt and applies the ceremonial paint He decorates a summoning circle on the rocks and places some fresh haggis in the center.

"DANTE!!! I SUMMON YOU!!!" Lightning strikes the summoning circle and it glows.

Lightning struck, again and again, and in the circle, the sparks coalesced into a humanoid form, a feminine form...

... and there was Dante, cradling a massive scythe-shaped sword...

"Oh put that pansy sword away." Jad said once again sitting in his lawn chair. He opened his cooler and pulled out another chilled bottle of scotch and tossed it to dante.

"Pull up a chair."

Dante tossed aside the huge weapon and sat cross-legged ont he ground, then popped the scotch bottle's top and downed it in one gulp.

Dragonsbane had decided to do something DB-ish. Leaping from palm tree to palm tree like Mario (only cooler), he quickly reached the mountaintop, appearing before the great sage JADguy, "I admit to using Clairaudience spells to listen in...you mentioned something about a bounty on Dante?"

Seeing Dante, he smacked himself on the forehead, muttered something about having overslept, and Teleported back to the mech hangar, where he quickly found his upgraded Anubis mech, and hopped in, cackling evilly.

Dante glared at Dragonsbane with the "Get stuffed, puny mortal" look she reserved for particularly worthless scum she encountered at times.

Then, as the strange little man disappeared, she shrugged and turned to JAD.
"So what's all this about a sword...?"
