Boy for Hire
you want this
its in your eyes so whats your wish? no need for lies i'm all you need all your darkest deepest greeds starcrossed but you don't want a poems song the rages haunt this path your on so beat me down and do your worst I'll wear that gown as we rehearsed and live your life in fantastic ways while those in strife count the days until this masquerade of pointless paper slips until this trite tirade of souls sold for tips is washed away as this lifes joy until that day I'm your rented boy |

Cancellations
An eternal ticking...
The numbers jump ahead, one by one. An old TV sits, solitary, in a darkened room. A dozen channels like winter, Cold and white-- Taking up the space Where a dozen familiar faces Had once been to welcome me.

I had it written down
I tacked it on the wall Underlined and arrowed I won't forget this Next thing I remember Walking in the sunlight I reach in my pocket It's not there All that time and it's not there! Absent minded, I forgot it again... Written because I had a poem I was going to bring and type up, but I forgot it. >.< I hate it when that happens... |

Romantic Resume
nurtured silence out of bounds
a devil smiles at his finds corrupted in the morning a cup of something dark as I now sit, and read aloud your romantic resume a foot or more outside these lines and someones going to put me down try, my love to look away rubberneckers come this way and see a train wreck built from me see my romantic resume so many hers, so little joy and all these airs and clever ploys awake so long that I'm not tired in the night, alone and wired resting in another life and typing up my resume qualified to die alone qualities I've never shown a vanity thats overblown considering the view considering its you reading through my resume I'll take the job so long as this intention never leaves your lips as slowly fall our days in line trying hard to still decline those eager young new applicants with sparkling resumes |

Like a blue flag
Across the cloud sparse sky Her dress fluttered in the wind One of two, a creature born Her other self raced Across the sun-soaked grass Same rays that illuminate Her wind torn hair Her carriage of brown Not a thing of the earth But an airy thing With wind pulled wings Two as one, the only thought To finish, to win Not even Apollo With his fiery steed Can outrun them Soon all melts but The blue sky The white clouds The dust plains Eyes wild, mane and hair tangle Under the yellow star they soar To finish, to win. |

Come fly with me, so we can see
All there is and all that lives On this green earth, endless worth and endless sights, more than life can be seen while we file away the days gone by, and I sigh, with the one beside me naught but a shade, for the truth is gone, it's now only in song, for my only inspiration isn't here, but is away, and will be back again... Someday. Author's note: That poem hardly makes any sense, huh?

Idolized moon
Acheronian, Empty... Inconstant its visage. It's all a facade.

I wrote this while waiting for my sister at a university. For some it's not done, for other's it is. I'll let you decide if it is.
A rainbow colored flag No purpose to most Just sitting there, in the window It's bright, but only catches glances As the people walk by Every day life is prudent Except for one little girl Whos sits there, the colors Held in her grey eyes Wondering, musing Asking where and why How and when What was is made for? |
