I'm just straining for some branches here, but considering Aizen is sealed, not dead, he may actually come back for last storyline shenanigans.

If only because Kubo has not revealed his likely-to-be-completely-fucktarded Bankai.

Apparently this is translated into...

aizen says something along the lines of: impossible against a mere human ugyaaaaaaa!
ichigo says i'll be parting with shinigami powers its over and says thanks to zangetsu
(in desperation?)as the final getsuga is about to fade, aizen uses bankai, power is reversing time
scene changes to byakuya and kenpachi with a defeated yami on the ground
rangiku holding gin and screaming
scene then completely changes (assuming time reverse) yami is up and fighting again
ichigo returns to his form before the training, (looking astonished?)
aizen returns to long hair form
ichigo mentions no one can defeat aizen now
aizen laughs (fuhahaha) just need to create the key now, but before that die kurosaki
aizen swinging sword at ichigo's (head?), gin intervenes and stops the sword
cap'tn i thought u would use bankai
last page is two pages merged into 1

last line: overthrow fate in 1 hit

Fuck you Kubo. Fuck you too Aizen. Though Gin might kill him... no... damn.

Next Chapter and the one after it seem to start the Isshin Arc. Since it was supposedly confirmed to start within a few weeks.

My guess is next chapter, we get to see what was going on in Hocco Mundo, Orihime shows up and heals up Isshin and co, Isshin wakes up and explains to Ichigo his past (starting the Isshin Arc). Afterwards, time sk- oh that's right we usually don't get any. Ichigo goes on a ten minute retirement refusing to get his powers back and live a normal life. Then new big bad does something horrible and Ichigo changes his mind and decides to try and get his powers back/become a half Arrancer.

anyone else love how ultimately Ichigo's big uber power up did nothing? Sure it was probably needed to pwn Aizen just to make the magic ball realize he's a crappy roommate, but still

On a semi-related note. Anyone else curious if thats how powerful Uryu was when he pwned a captain?

In his defense, Aizen had became unkillable. So sealing was more or less the only way.
