I might be mistaken, but I believe that the shinigami eyes only work if you can see the target's face. Hence, if Batman were costumed, Misa Misa would not be able to tell what his true name was.

As far as detective work goes, I'm honestly surprised with some of the stuff Light gets away with. Light tends to take great risks and expose himself unnecessarily, which something that I don't see Batman doing.

Don't mean to revive a fight that's already done, but I just had to say something about it. It's like the best fight ever.

Kirby vs Takeru Kobayashi in a contest to see who can eat slices of 4 inch x 4 inch squares of pizza except the only restrictions are that each slice is 4 feet apart (look it up who it is look up eating record on google) and Takeru is alowed to use something for transportation inbetween (like a scooter or something)
