If only we could request AOE moves to have the option of single targetting. :3

On the right side of screen is some of the technical data of moves. One of them include "Target". Anything that is highlighted in red is afflicted by the move. If only the user is blue, then it hits all other pokemon. (I think only moves like Self-Destruct and Explosion are all red.)

I think they already have that option. I mean, Ice beam, fucking Ice beam, also shows the same data as Overheat and Fire Blast and Stone Edge.

EDIT: So does Fire Fang, for that matter.

Hold on, a moment. The color coding is different!

Moves that have the option of hitting any target of your choice is orangey, while moves that HIT ALL is BOLD RED. No wonder the confusion... (Compared Ice Beam with Explosion)

Yeah, Overheat and Fire Blast and Stone Edge should be fine then. ^^: Glad we got that worked out. (Surf is still hit all though... but I can use Earth Power. I wish I knew about this sooner.)

So we've spent about a page's length determining that Fire Blast and Overheat and Stone Edge and, yes, Earth Power are all single-target. Problem is, so it Outrage. So you really should only be hitting one pokemon at once.

Sooo... How about the option of using single-target moves to hit multiple targets?

... *Totally embarressed* I wish I knew about this damn color coding sooner... I feel stupid...

I guess I should "Ret-con edit" so that Outrage focuses on Gliscor. The other pokemon are still in good shape (Electrivere), Fire Blast still did heavy damage on Yanmega in the first place, and Mamoswine still taken a beating (but probably not as much).

I'm so sorry... Guess that's what first missions are about. ^^; Getting used to the kinks.

EDIT: Hate to break it to you, but Bulbapedia says you can't recall the pokemon that uses Outrage until it's over. By my count, it's only been one turn.

You could keep him out and I'd recall Blaziken next turn.
