EDIT: There. Put the desired elements that each foe is hit with in the attack result summary. AB can decide whether Kirie is smart enough to know which one to use, or if Renny finds out in the middle of her attacks and he coachs her on the elements or whatever.

Y'know, I'm pretty sure that, much the same way Shizuka's Apple Splitter, Kiyomi's Mechanized Calvary and Raging Raider, and Kiyomi and Mika's Hotwheel don't actually hit all targets, regardless of what their descriptions might say, Kirie's Arsenal Assault doesn't hit everything either.

Sorry for not getting back sooner. I had left for work.

Anyhow, I was slightly under a different impression since Tsubasa's Signature technique was able to hit multiple zombies (killing 2 and injuring 4) during the fight with Phantomere. Granted, it was a somewhat different technique which injured all those that attacked physically, but it kinda fits in the same vein since they both promise large numbers of victims.

Also, the technique is random itself based on the description. I just posted what would be the ideal situation. AB can decide if it had the full effect or what not. :3 If it hits everyone, sweet! If not, AB can decide who it hits, or can ask me to clarify it further.

Meh. I'd still submit to the more recent evidence that points otherwise. And Tsubasa's Wire Web was entirely different from Kirie's. In fact, I'm pretty sure the only thing they have in common is that they hurt baddies, but they go about it in different ways.

Arsenal Assault's description says it "usually deals good damage to all targets". We know the "all targets" part can't be true and it only just hits three targets. It probably just hits three random (if perhaps adjacent) targets for random damage.
