The worst I've had (consistently) are douche-bags who won't wake up when I yell at them, but complain about me not waking them up after I give up.

Oh yeah, this one guy also carried switch blades, k-bars, and other illegal crap like right in the open. The only advantage to that was it gave me some leverage over him, but I never needed it.

I have more roommate stories. But the naked one stands out the most.

Picture a middle aged man who weights about 300 pounds, hairy as all hell and is standing in the back yard painting. In broad daylight. The backyard is fenced high enough no one else would see it unless they enter said yard. It's safe to say I never went in the backyard again.

I figure he was on a mid life crisis and went to art school because it was something to do.

Technically, the White dragon shat diamonds. I'd imagine the Red dragon would probably crap rubies, the blue one excrete sapphires and the black one rub his scaly butt clean of oynxes.

Not that there aren't other complications such as the dragon growing, or its diet, or the rampant boredom if you try to lock it in the room or something like that... And that's before it learning a breath weapon or something.

So no, characters don't need rooms, strictly speaking. They might have one registered somewhere to keep up appearances, but that's another matter entirely. There's storage rooms in the basement which would be effective for said appearances.

That's good. Astarte sleeping alone gives her mother's spirit opportunities to speak with Astarte without being seen by people who don't believe in mummies or ghosts.
