New Bleach is out everyone suddenly looks like they have permanent bed head for some reason. We've got a new arc and while Ichigo is still a good fighter for a human he's so far still powerless even after 17 months. I've got to wonder were Kubo is going with this.

Could it be that kubo is either...
Using the last few arcs just to answer all unanswered questions and tie up loss ends. or Planning to introduce Ichigo's replacement character. or both. Either way this chapter felt... weird.

Neither. Right now we're playing the waiting game until Ichigo gets his powers back. Kubo has said Bleach is nowhere near done.

Having trouble finding the source, but what I've heard people say is that there are two arcs left, one that will take 6-8 months and another that will take 2-3 years.
