I just realized based on the description, assuming all floors are identical and they started with one room in the center they would have to have rented out 77 rooms. That's assuming 11 rooms per floor and the total of 7 floors. If we assume they didn't start with a room in the center and then rent 5 more on either side that is still 70 rooms. At this rate they would have been better off just building an island somewhere.

We can't confirm that his had is at level 1 again. Just cause he didn't use his Zapakuto against Aizen, that is not really confirmation. Yoruichi didn't use hers (and it's not even sure if she has one) and Urahara Didn't use his Bankai.

Up to this point, i still stand by what i said earlier. This is the Anime Filler Bount's Arc in Manga Form.
