I'm not really seeing where you guys are getting the tiny battleship thing from. She didn't make the ship smaller at any point, she made the window bigger. It was only so tiny because it was passing through a different universe with a different scale.

They went through a huge window to start with, but they're exiting a tiny window. However, the exit window wasn't any bigger than the entrance window, from their perspective. So, when they crashed through the exit window, they were smaller than they should be, because their exit window was smaller than it should have been.
