Yeah, but we just didn't want to say/show it.
Moving along, I have to agree with the Heart of Evil reference. It is probably more evidense that it is fighter talking. Does anybody else get the idea that 434 is going to eventually be in the Oxford dictionary? Either as "a serious peice of foreshadowing that is brought up every 10 comics in a series" or "a serious anti-climactic moment brought up every 10 comics in a series in a feeble attempt to try to guess at what the author is going to do and gain an empty triumph." I don't know, but I actually feel this comic is referring more to the former, it just has this feel to it... but then again this is 8-Bit Theater...

I think it's brians way of getting people to speculate and talk on his off days such as more King Steve theatre, or one of Fighters hallucinations.
That or he did it to get everyone to figure out the plot for him. :p |

Fighter can die. He's died, but he conveniently got revived. Twice.
BM usually stabs for the head. Sure, it gets damaged, but fighter doesn't really need it, except for sensory input and ram style. And the whole scorch thing is due to his fire dragonscale armor. |

Pikachu wants a hug. With teeth.

That's true. I never realized he still has that armor.
Anyway, I believe Fighter's semingly unlimited constitution, and his constant revivals are a way of making sure the prophesy comes to pass. In other words, even if, by some freak accident he dies, he'll come back.

We've already been over this I believe. He does die, but not that much. If you look at the percentage of attempted assassination attempts as compared to the actual amount of times Fighter has died or even been wounded, there isn't much evidense to say that Fighter has died a lot. Heck, I wish I could make a tank that was as unkillable as Fighter. If someone wants to go through the archives and count up tallies for the amount of times Fighter has died, the amount of times he's been wounded, and the amount of times he hasn't died, you would find that he is close enough to immortal to make arguing the point annoying.
BM: "See! It's not just me! He never dies!"
