And Jedi, were you to backstab someone everyone would swoop down and tear you apart so fierce that they wouldn't be able to identify the body by dental records, let alone find a piece to ressurrect.

Anything magical you guys fight you won't lose against. I guarantee it, since you're on Easy the highest stat you'll probably see is a 5 or 6 and that'll be the most powerful opponent EVAR(Or maybe a secret boss?! GASPETH).

So while you screwed yourself, you also made yourself a juggernaut against certain things. Your group as a whole is pretty nicely spread out in all the areas.

The Choice is Made

The purple glow was enticing, it was intriguing..it was mesmerizing. Indeed, like an almost hypnotic effect the members all began to agree that going to the purple glow was the right course of action.

So it was that they marched forward, unafraid of the giant statues of cyclops, the fact that the building was so ancient it was probably going to collapse at any moment. Instead they went to the glow...hello glow...pretty glow.

It was Pink Bunny who reached the glow first, the darkness of the inner area of the temple only having the glow to fill it, a vast emptiness that knew but the glow and would not exist without the glow. At the very heart of the light was an orb.

Pink Bunny picked up the Eye of Never.

The temple shook, the ground quaked and the group snapped out of their daze, the glow was gone and Pink Bunny held her precious to her chest.
Tophat, being of a stone-ish origin, knew what was coming and shouted out, "Look out, the temple is collapsing! Run run run!"

The group hurried toward the exit with the speed of cheetahs...except for the people who had absolutely no speed whatsoever.
They got hit on the head by rocks.
Cabal and Tophat were slower than slow, and so they suffered.
Except Tophat wore armor...
Stupid armor wearing stone monster.

So only Cabal suffered damage(1!).

Outside of the temple, that had collapsed of course, the group gathered around and looked at the Eye of Never. Emong, being the wisest of the mages, read from the inscription scrawled upon the purple hued crystal sphere that was of a dialect long since lost.

"Warning! Do not use on the dead. Brain eating may occur."

Obviously they had acquired something that could only be used on the deceased, as attempting to use it on one of the frail mages did nothing whatsoever.

With the temple collapsed behind them, the statues glaring down at them as though accusing, the heroes had choices before them.

~ Choice 1 :: Head back to the path and move on with the quest

~ Choice 2 :: Head back to the town

~ Choice 3 :: Knock down the statues(Rogue Required)

~ Choice 4 :: Say a prayer over the temple(Priest Required)

(( The Eye of Never may be used at any time by Pink Bunny on a deceased member of the party. The member of the party must agree to the usage of the Eye of Never on them. The result is one of multiple potentials, with one of them perhaps obvious to you. ))
