Mainly, it's just there as flavour. Sure, Hawk can execute Tactics. But what's the fun in that?

Oh yeah, I mean I know everyone was made aware but it's totally the kind of thing you might forget about this far into the game.

I totally hope he doesn't choose to execute, it just seems like the best option is all.

Meh, I know it's not the fun thing to do, but I want to win, and I can't risk letting him go and I can't spare the manpower to imprison him. Also he betrayed me, which is why I've been gunning for him these last few turns.

I am entirely sorry for the lack of (funny) story/background/rambling, but I'm not feeling like myself at the time of writing this update. I will go back when I'm feeling better and fix it up.
