Swashbuckler. A couple levels of that, then from there a level or two Scout and then Rogue for the other 15 or so.
Take the feats that allow you to treat combined cross-class levels for Luck, Sneak Attack, and the Scout damage ability for a damn DAMAGING beast of a Rogue character.

Damn all good choices, here's the rundown....
11. Spellthief - ehh I'd prefer a beguiler over this honestly.... 10. Swashbuckler - while a nice concept, there's no reason to pursue this past 3rd level (yeah I know you included feats to make it doable, but I hate having to take a feat to make a class playable) 9. Bard - Spoony bards 8. Warlock - Although I've had immense fun playing these at lower levels I've seen how limited they can be at high levels and it just sorta peeters out 7. Ranger - decent class all around really, but Scout is better IMO 6. Warmage - another decent class if all you want to do is blow up shit 5. Monk - I love the flavor and I love their abilities, I just wish they're abilities meshed together better (flurry of blows and speed enchant, it's one or the other) 4. Swordsage - I haven't had a chance to play one yet but I love the idea and have the book, seems like a pumped up version of the monk almost 3. Cleric - as powerful and as broken as they can be I still love to play a holy devout once in a while (HIGHLY depends on the deity though) 2. Druid - I love this class a lot, so much versatility and pretty cool flavor 1. Rogue - so many different ways to make a rogue and they're usefulness doesn't diminish in the higher levels like many classes so it's a good choice no matter what level you're playing at Our pirate captain, Tendronai wins this round with Mr. Bookworm coming in second and Zilla coming in third!
