fighter has created other fighters with his mind, willed himself into the real world as some woman (and a hot one I might add), suddenly he makes bm cast fire by chanting the incantation and holding his hands and moving them, and oh so much more stuff he's done including never dying when stabbed or blown up. There might actually be more to fighter then meets the eye, and not less.

In some (non?)sense, while Fighter is too stupid to do ANYTHING, he is also too stupid to NOT do it. This makes him pretty much omnipotent.
Like in the Matrix, for most people, it takes great zen-like effort to disbelieve their senses, and when they do so, it gives them control over their surroundings, because they realize it isn't real. But Fighter is too dumb to realize what is real and what isn't. Therefore, he's immediately the equivalent of like 50 Neo's. (Of course, this should only work if they are in a Matrix-like environment. However, RM has power by manipulating his own character sheet, so I submit that Fighter is accidentally tapping into Red Magic, and he is so dumb that he can't even track his character, which allows him to morph into multiple characters of multiple genders).
I doubt he is Sarda, though; Sarda is the wizard who did it, which explains how he knows where they are all the time.
I would, however, enjoy watching Sarda try to kill the whole party, but fail because Fighter was too stupid to realize he was dead.

he's equal to 50 neos in fighting with swords, but I never dreamed he was like that in any other way, but you make alot of sense. or very little.
either way..

as for fighter, I think he wouldn't die because he's too stupid to understand what death is most likely.

fighter tapping into red magic.. scarey.. especially considering the level of red magic he must be accessing.. unless of course he's somehow accessing stats from all the other characters somehow, which would explain alot of things.
his stupidity, he keeps sampling from himself, which makes it infinite.
his magic using ability he could have got from any one of the three mages (red, white, black) if not all of them.
his speed and agility he could be getting from thief or black belt.
the girl thing he obviously got from red mage.
the whole stabby killy thing he sometimes gets in the mood for, he clearly gets from black mage.
while his care and concern for others he gets from white mage.
splitting into multi fighters, he could have got from sarda and his weird wizard who did it powers.
it all makes so much sense if he's somehow able dupe stats without knowing it

... This was my first thoughts upon reading the comic too.
Then I remembered that BM did say he needed four personal rooms in order to actually run the castle. It occurs to me that this may have not been an actual lie, and that he well and truly does NEED all four rooms to make the castle respond to his whims... one of which is taken over by the very people he would wish to dispose of given half the chance. It most likely has something to do with the fact that there must be four persons on a warrior-team and four elementals, and four evils of like mind (a unique and overwhelming brand of order) built for the express purpose of summoning Chaos, the demon king. The laws of magic are truly arcane... thus the name.

Either that, or it's just funny.

Further: all the warriors in the bright pink bedroom, especially with RM and Bikke jumping on the bed and (?) pillow (?) fighting (I can't tell) is sheer nightmare fuel. Followed by broken glass, which itself was onfire. Or something.

Also, just to give lie to my "it's cool if it's over, it's cool if it continues, it's great all around" post and to make the hate flow like water from a mountain stream:
