Phantom of the Paradise (1974)

Rock opera version of The Phantom of the Opera with elements of the legend of Faust. Evil record producer Swan steals both the music and the girl (Phoenix) from composer Winslow Leach. Disfigured, Leach plans revenge on Swan and his rock palace, The Paradise, and becomes The Phantom. Leach signs a contract with Swan to complete his rock opera based on the life of Faust for Phoenix. Doublecrossed by Swan, who hires glam rock singer Beef as the lead singer, Leach exacts his vengeance.

Gamera the Brave (2006)

In 1973, Gamera sacrifices his life to rid the world of the Gyaos once and for all. Three years later, a small boy who witnessed the event named Toru finds a mysterious egg. From it, hatches a small Turtle. Toru and his friends raise the turtle, who turns out to be a small Gamera. After a new man eating creature named Zedus, it's up to the small Gamera to save the world as the previous Gamera had done before.

Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah (1991)

Time travellers from the 23rd century return to 1992 to warn Japan that Godzilla will cause a catastrophic nuclear incident in the 21st century and suggest a way to rid the world of him forever. They intend to go back to 1944, to Ragos Island, where a dinosaur was exposed to radiation from the Bikini H-Bomb test and became Godzilla. Upon completion of this task, King Ghidrah appears in 1992 and the visitors' true plan is discovered. They wish to destroy Japan so it will not become the dominant economic force. Luckily for the Japanese, Godzilla was still created and will now fight Ghidrah.
