This is a storyboard from movie I wrote and might be directing. I liked it and decided it would look good in the sketches thread, so I "colored" it and made it look somewhat presentable.
Fun fact of the day: A million dollars weighs between 30 and 2204 pounds depending on the bill size. |

Erm... Im getting that nasty crossover-feeling here. It has nothing to do with you, but when I see this picture I see that pilot from Gundam Heavyarms, in the docks from GTA Vice City. But I like it.

I have a question... How do you do folds and shading? The mysteries of both elude me...

Folds and shading are something that I can just do. A good way to start is to put something like a wrinkled shirt in front of you and draw the shirt with all the wrinkles. It's a matter of practice. As for shading, if it isn't indicated on what you're drawing, you have to imagine a light source hitting it, and wherever there are shadows, that's where you shade. Like I said before you really need to practice, that's how I got good at it.
