Here's the results...
9. Shocker (greed) - any villain who dresses up in a yellow quilted padding and has powers soley based off of one invention = lose. 8. Galactus (Bookworm) - He's really powerful and eats planets. Don't get me wrong he's definitely a tough force to be reckoned with, however the purple/blue get up and ridiculous helmet is hard to take seriously. 7. Parallax (Demetrius) - If you're referring to the alien parasite by itself then this is going to be pretty low on the list. Had you mentioned Parallax (Hal Jordan) or Parallax (Kyle Rayner) I'd bump it up a few notches. 6. Kingpin (42) - Pretty cool villain and all, especially in the Daredevil comics. However going up against the rest on this list he's only got the whole "gang" thing going for him and little in the way of powers and awesomeness. 5. Lex Luthor (Khael!) - While he doesn't have any powers, Lex is still a brilliant evil ego maniac bent on forever trying to rule the world. Definitely have to give him points for always going up against DC's #1 tough guy/alien as well. 4. Magneto (Flare) - Awesome villain one of my favorites. However badass he's been though he has morals as well as had his moments as a good guy (more than a few). Thus he's lower on the villain list. 3. The Joker (Loki) - Very very awesome villain and certaintly my favorite Batman villain. His only downfall is he doesn't usually have long-term plans and most of his stints are short in nature. His general insanity helps make up for this though. 2. Dr. Doom (Fifth) - Dr. Doom would've won this one to be quite honest, however... ....losing to a bunch of squirrels is uncalled for, even for the King of Latveria 1. Green Goblin (Tendronai) - Blast, he got this one quick. I'm assuming you meant either Norman Osborn or Harry Osborn as the Green Goblin. Either way you flat out win because it's the fucking Green Goblin. Tendronai wins with Fifth as runner up!

Hey man, you gotta watch those squirrels. They're trying to take over the world, and without my intervention, they would have succeeded 3 years ago. Doom came away lucky.

Parallax, Hal Jordan was my choice, I fell out of readership before Kyle got it.

...and beats him within inches of his life and humiliates him. Parker then goes on to warn him that if Aunt May dies (from the bullet shot by a sniper that Kingpin hired) that he will kill him. Then spreads the word to the rest of the prisoners who watched the fight that the same fate awaits anyone else who attempts harm on any of the Parker family. It doesn't seem like Spider-man had too hard of a time kicking the fat man's ass now.

Yeah, well my experience is pretty much limited to the first 100 or so issues, where Kingpin could pretty much rip Spidey apart.
