Oh, see, i did not realize it was a tonberry. That makes ... too much sense now. I'm going to go clobber some tonberry's in FFVIII now.

I doodled this one last week and well, obviously it didn't make it.
Still, it's in watercolor and physically stuck to my wall at this very moment: My Guest Comic (Click Here) -Jared Last edited by OhGodtheRats; 05-28-2005 at 02:38 PM. |

Making it happen.

'Twas the size (In pixels if not filesize) that did it, most likely...

Heres my pitiable attempt with Paint. It's about a major problem in FFXI (Notice the screennames) in which you'd fight a bunch of weak monsters in an area, walk a bit and you'd see similar monsters with different names. The only thing not similar about them was that they could kill you in one hit, due to them being massively stronger than the others.
It was made with paint, so many things were difficult (like text being fuzzy or unreadable after being moved) And I suck as an artist. Even with sprites. So here it is for your torture. TORTURE!

Some of these never made it to me. I'm kinda glad, actually, 'cause it was nearly impossible to choose which ones to use and adding one or two more good ones would've given me brain damage.

Aw. Now I have to ask which ones didn't reach you. I believe the ones you picked were better than mine, but I'd rather get that confirmed than go on not knowing if I'm too careless to type brian@nuklearpower.com correctly (if that makes any sense).

This was a guest-strip I submitted during the hurricane season... thingy. After a while, it became apparent that it wasn't gonna get put up on NuklearPower, so I put it up on my site as filler. Enjoy. Oh, and the strip following that one featured two of my characters dressed as Thief and Black Mage.
