I think I'll just one or two more people get a post in and then wrap things up.

And Hawk, the effectiveness of one's attempt determines how much they can get reduce the effect of the explosion. Another person isn't especially much protection, although admittedly Rei can project that handy shield bubble. Thus, saying at least you did try isn't much of an argument - trying is a reward in of itself.

I must admit I find the old opposing energy beams a little cliche in something with as much creative potential as a conflict of elemental attacks. Earth and wind aren't really two things that fight very well in that sense. It generally comes down to the earth being crushy and the wind person doing a lot of dodging. Like I said, its just stylistic issues.

Lasers are fun, and so are cheap tricks.

But yeah, I'm kinda out of ideas. I had a thought to do something with water attacks, since water wears down stone, but I gave up because I didn't have enough ideas to make it work. Plus, I mean... lasers.

If anyone wants to team up with me for something, or wants my help for something, gimmie a shout. Cuz all I've got left to do is some sort of super-cheap mega spell like I usually end up doing at the end of these things, and I'm willing to try something different.

Well, I could use a detox spell right around now, and if you have anything that assists plant growth, or possibly another electric spell, then it's just possible you could turn me into an organic Magitek armor knockoff.

Ooh i took a big blast, i decided that it happened a little too fast, and lets face it i cant instantly change it takes a few seconds.

so i'm lying on the sand staining it red with my blood, hlp lol.

Sweet! I was directly instrumental to her destruction!

Although it's a shame I didn't get to do what I was planning to do. I wanted to catch her, hold her up above my head Hercules and Antaeus style, and cast earthquake directly on her. Oh well, she's gone now.
