Finally, most of the Deathtraps simply missed the ground a solid 60% of the time. Only 1 out of 3/4 actually flew.

...Um, yes. The other 40% IS "crash." I'm just saying that the first 60% is, 3 out of 4 times, "miss ground," not truly "fly." Just saying.

I can't help but notice through the mass of ridiculous abilities attributed to random NPCs, you guys seem to have forgotten that thief (as Ninja) has Evade&Counter (FF10) and Double Jump, as well as "Ker-Inquiry" (I don't remember where, but basically thief tells RM "I have a question", and then either punches or kicks him with the sound effect "Ker-Inquiry"; RM responds "Good Question")

Also, BM (as Blue Mage) has "Make shoes out of Shopkeepers Face".
And Dragoon has Double Jump and/or Super Jump (remember as he and BM are falling from the sky castle, he jumps again and pins him to the underside)

And to be technical, the effect of Ice 9 is to Halt All Thermodynamic Activity in the Universe.
