Oh, haha. Didn't realize that about hovering over stuff. Guess I'll be more careful when I'm writing about something that I legitimately think should be in a spoiler. Really though, what other movies or shows did that? I mean, I guess General Hostpital did, but it's a damn soap. I thought endings like that had been completely eliminated from our films because they are so thoroughly hated.

I personally wouldn't even spoil it, you're doing a great service to your community by pointing it out because seriously, that is a stupid way to end any movie ever created. Ever.

Just got back from seeing it.

Fuck this movie and its ending. The action kept me engaged, but seriously, fuck that ending.

I don't know where they got the idea of turning Shiloh into a punk-rock singer but it was a serious Big Lipped Alligator Moment.

The Big Lipped Alligator Moment was only because it really, really came out of nowhere. Like I can get the unrealistic moments of people are singing and dancing, that's what musicals are all about. But what threw me was when her bedroom opens up to her own punk band and her clothes change.

I'm pretty sure that Repo never had absurd shit like that happen.

Plus it seriously went on forever.

I guess I could appreciate that the entire movie was one great big exercise in audience moral deconstruction. Nothing terribly artful about it, but a sophisticated enough psychological undertone that I didn't totally hate it.

It didn't make you think, but it certainly allowed you the latitude to do so.

also, fuck musicals. Honestly.
