Woah woah did you put Transformers 2 as more enjoyable than Transformers 1? I mean, like, I haven't seen Transformers 2 but it looks goddamn terrible and Transformers 1 had that scene where the transformers are standing in his back yard and he's all "My mom's coming hide!" and he looks away to the door and when he looks back there's a fire truck a sports car a big rig and an ambulance just sitting in his yard. So like Transformers 1 had that going for it and Transformers 2 had illiterate buck toothed monkey robots.

If you're going to watch just one cheesy nineties action movie where Bruce Willis saves the world in your life, it should be Armageddon. I watch it all the time and it gets funnier every year. And it has a quantum of genuine sweetness at is core.
That is all.

Hey, hey, hey. The Rock is a great summer blockbuster. It's one of my favorite all-time action flicks.

EDIT: I mean you can literally look up posts right here on this forum where I gush over Fast and the Furious Three and shit, I'm not knocking anyone's right to enjoy an enjoyably shitty movie.

Well, enjoying shitty movies is a favorite past time. And Michael Bay can do a good action flick... but the Texas Chainsaw remake makes me think he can't do good horror.
Then again, I'm still waiting on my copy of the first TCM flick, so it might just be the subject material. The trailer for Nightmare has him hitting most of the right notes, so it could be Rob Zombie's Halloween. But then again it could be Rob Zombie's Halloween 2. |

I seriously pray to god it's terrible because if it's not I will inevitably 1. watch it 2. get night terrors for like half a month.

I hope it's good. Freddy's one of my fave horror movie icons.

Breaking into Fifthfiend's bedroom with fedoras, clawed gloves and striped sweaters, scaring the crap out him, and bottling his tears of fright to sell on Ebay?
