FFCC wasn't a port.
Anyway, if you guys are having problems with the battles, grab some friends! This isnt like FFCC where you need individual GBAs to play multi-player; you just need multiple GC controllers! Anyway, I find this to be pretty fun, too. Unfortunately, as I don't have a GC, I only get to play this game when I'm at my friend's house...once a week. Also, that guy with the red hair sounds a lot like Liquid Snake. Can someone tell me his voice actor(I already know Liquid Snake's)? |

Tales of Symphonia - Namco
Baiten Chaos - Namco (Monolith [Chrono Team]) Those are the two big RPGs coming out this year. There's actually others and some big name ones, but I can't remember them right now. And the GC also has others, but GC is getting the 'half breed' RPGs as I'll call them. Things that aren't straight fighting monsters and gaining EXP, yet have RPG type systems. Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life (very fun game) is one. There's also rumors Nintendo Internal has been working on an RPG of itself. And of course there's Paper Mario 2. So GC, while not the RPG powerhouse, has some pretty good ones, both coming and a few out. And although its often thought, I really haven't seen many RPGs being ported to the system.I can only think of Skies. Tales of Symphonia is GC exclusive, but 1 (possibly 2) Tales games are being made for PS2 right now (by a different division of Namco).

Otaku: FF:CC is an RPG, but not really an RPG in the sense that this thread seems to imply. FF:CC is more of an action RPG where this thread is talking about traditional console RPGs. Hence FF:CC not really being a factor.

I also forgot, there's a Fire Emblem game being made for GC right now. It looks pretty sweet....but only on the graphical front so far. I have yet to see any videos of actual gameplay. But there's another RPG coming to GC, and one I am DAMN excited for. And they're also making another forthe GBA, like the one we have got but with a choice of 2 different classes to choose from at Class Upgrade (much like Seiken Densetsu 3).
And I didn't forget PSO. I just don't care much for it and its an MMORPG. But yeah, its another RPG on GC. And its only online game. And I own it...spent 90+ dollars getting it and did everything within a week.
