After this weeks issue, Bleach will be on hiatus from Jump 35-40. Starting from jump 41 (09/09), the last arc "1000 years Blood Ward Arc - The Separation Story" will start.

Before the last battle, i will be going on a long hiatus so that I can approach the final battle fully charged and give it my absolute all. When the manga resumes, please prepare yourselves for the "1000 years Blood Ward Arc - The Separation Story".

They took too long to explain it I think. Its ok for characters to be confused but in comics more than anything its bad for the reader since it makes it very hard to realize what you are looking at. Comics rely on the reader being able to imagine what happens between panels, if we aren't sure of the nature of what we are seeing it makes it hard to follow.

I was expecting some sort of explanation based around how the Quincy can manipulate the "soul particles" that form all of Soul Society. I wasn't disappointed.

I hope this final battle doesn't take as long as the one in Naruto has been taking.

i wouldn't be surprised if Kubo wanted to end this on chapter 666 ...

But i liked the setup, started with a nice bang. This is what? the first third? first half? of the brawls in the final chapters?

Also, they managed to make Rangiku actually imposing instead of just screen candy, cool

New chapter is out. And I'm really starting to like Hitsogaiya.

He actually relied on tactics to win his very short battle. Also I can't help but think that some of the Quincy are going to be dropping like flies for the next few chapters.
