I dunno about trusting an anonymous letter for who to vote mayor for. Although the argument is good, it could be one mafiatte (or even Tendy himself) trying to place someone in their control as the mayor. Being able to control the curfew would be a pretty strong power for the mafia. Like it's been pointed out, they could pretty easily pick off town roles after they're spotted at night. Or I'm just completely paranoid and the letter's got the town's best interests in mind. It's hard to know for sure without knowing who the letter's from. Not to say that whoever wrote it should make themselves known just yet. If they're town, it'll probably bring down alot of suspicion on them, and they may get lynched. Or they'll get night killed for being too damn smart.

Without knowing who the letter is from, it's hard to discern his or her motives is all I'm saying. We should be cautious if we're going to trust this letter.

Well, since Demetrius is dead, I don't feel guilty with who he's been having correspondence with. And I suspect that one of the people he's been trading messages with is from the mafia because of this.

Of the Messages of his that I have left, he's been sending messages back and forth frequently with our anonymous friend and LHN, who we now know was town aligned...and dead. He also sent a brief message to Jedi, LHN and Moogle. And I want to say that Moogle, being the only one left alive of the entourage of people Demetrius spoke with, is a mafiate or atleast has contact with Demetrius' killer.

Looking at the death text you quoted though, Demetrius was surprised his killer knew his real/private/whatever name. Being the Childhood Friends clique, wouldn't Moogle already know that?

Seems to be something they'd share over the course of their lives.

Looking again at the flavor text, Dem's death seems to be from the Serial Killer, which goes along with him being publicly listed for execution. Doesn't seem like a mafia thing to do and I don't think BHS would team up the Mafiates and the Serial Killer. That would be far too much carnage.

Not saying you couldn't be right, but just pointing out a couple things that don't seem to fit to me.

Which is why the mafia sent out someone who isn't Moogle to kill Demetrius, Moogle of course passed the name along to the mafiates. And since Moogle did recieve a message from Demetrius it would also explain why the attacker also said "You should be more careful with your correspondence in the future. You'd be surprised at who has access to it." Meaning that Moogle may have passed the message on to some of his buddies. And I'm also a little worried about this line that Demetrius says in return. "You are well placed to help me!" Being well placed could be anything but I'm worried it could actually be referencial to mafia.

I can't answer that question until you tell me where you want me to stand on them. I'm a man of the people!

But moving on to things that are actually important. I don't think Moogle is a traitor (yet) because in the night post it said

Fair enough, B, I can see what you're getting at, but it all seems a bit circumstantial at this point. The previous stuff I mentioned included in with the bit Tendro pointed out all implicates an unrelated party.

Also, with all the abilities going around this game and being part of the Childhood Friends group, I'm guessing they'd have some benefit to each other. This neigh cancels out hostility towards his own.

Like I said, the potential is there, but I don't think it all adds up to a vote at this point.
