Alternate(doomed)-timeline bec is doomed be definition, of course, so that leaves somethign of an opening.

Still don't necessarily think that Jack's gonna get guardian powers or become lord english, though.

Like I said earlier: The Green Sun thing, and the suggestion by Aradia that fucking with it is going to cause problems suggests an alternate path to creating what will become Lord English (if that's what is going to end up happening) that doesn't involve prototyping Bec.

Only way I've ever seen Bec getting prototyped is if it were Bec's plan all along. Though that might not become clear until later if it happens.

I DO think Bec is running his own scheme in all this.
