Okay, I don't think I'll be able to finish this in time to post it before leaving, so I'm posting what I do have now and somebody else can either finish it or ignore it as they see fit.



essentially, this one has our heroes ducking into a random house to avoid Shiney only to find that someone else is already there. They barricade the door, and then they then all go to the forest with the burning tree via magic door.

EDIT: yes, I know that this is the discussion thread. I also know that this comic is not completed.

Yeah, I'm not sure just how heavy that thing is, but given you're a Marine and a non-stereotypical female, it just adds up that the spear would be incredibly heavy. Especially under comedy physics working against me. And I trust you noticed the casual "kinda heavy" coupled with holding it down at the end.

Hey, FW -- do you have a specific storyline planned out, or can anyone showing up in the series make their own comics? Once I'm done with Phil_mike and AJ, I'll need something else to create in MS Paint, but I don't want to interfere with any ideas you have.

I'm back now. I've been home for two days, but I was very tired. Like, slept from the end of Paranoia Agent until 2:30pm EDT then went to sleep at 9:00pm EDT tired. Like, asked a person taking my order at Zaxby's on the way home "Will that be all?" tired. I guess I'm coherent now.

Some great comics while I was gone (I've had twenty-two non-NPF comics to catch up on 0_0'' ). Thanks for sneaking Mike and me into the base, RMB. I'll return the favor some time, if I ever get a base or something. AB, could I play volleyball? I'm not really in the demon-fighter demographic, but I wanna go! [edit] I even have some trunks sprites for Mike and myself that I could send you.[/edit]

In other news, once Skyshot finishes his revenge, I'll have a couple comics and something else that Mike doesn't want me to show yet. He thinks it'll "mess up continuity" or something ...

Wow, I'm offline for a few days and I have all these comics to catch up on! Not that I'm complaining; there's a lot of terrific stuff! Keep up the good work, everyone!


RMB: Very amusing! Especially the bit with Dragonsbane trying to feed Mammothtank. I have no idea why that seems so natural, but... it does. I spent a good deal of time laughing over that whole comic.

Skyshot: Continued good work! How the bleep do you keep coming up with comic ideas like that?! Every five minutes there's another episode from Skyshot, and they're all good! I'm already in the writer's block stage as far as my comiking is concerned, but you are still going! Damn, I hate you for that!

FenrisWolf: I look forward to seeing more of your series. I am now officially interested. (And I'm sure that means a lot to you. *rolls eyes*)

MM -- Some things I make up as I go along, but the big things I have planned out ahead of time, i.e., Phil landing on Mike, Skyshot hitting on the group of girls and getting his fingers crushed by FC's spear, and especially the Viper Daimao appearance. As established, I waited a long time to get to that (and was laughing to myself all the whille), as well as the "Brian making 8BT in MS Paint" thing.

I haven't commented for a while, so I won't attempt to comment on each comic individually, but very good work indeed, all of you! I very much enjoy the comics posted here.
