Well, it should be mentioned that usually it means the first one. And by usually, I mean, when you use it, that's what it means.

You really may as well not worry about the second one, as more sources put it as the first one... and that's generally accepted as the primary definition. Or, at the very least, that's what people think of when they hear the word. Besides, the second option already has enough synonyms: whore, slut, krylo...

Apparently, I'm ugly. I find that ironic considering the change in my user title came before this poll.
