Now would probably be a good time for everyone who's lost track of this RP to catch up. Such a simple recap: We went, we saw, we got very beaten up, there were some explosions, lasers, a ton of cool stuff you missed 'cuase you weren't there and a ton of lucas film ripoffs, and we conquered. Pretty much says it all.

Well, I'll put a profile, and show up when I can.
Name: Phil Appearance: Phil has a longish, kinda curly, dark brown mane; green eyes; and little, silver, rounded glasses. He sports a soulpatch-goatee thing, and generally appears stubbly. Phil is a bit chubby, with a side of nerdy paleness and a dash of hairy-arm-and-legged-ness. He's about 5'5", but looks more like 5' when approached. It's weird; I think it has something to do with being a hobbit. In fact, think scuzzy Frodo and you've about got it. Phil wears a blue t-shirt and jeans around the NPF, and a cotton belt. It keeps his pants up. His henshins have different clothes, as described in their entries below. Weapons/Items: Phil doesn't carrry much. He does carry a 5-iron, infused with all his hatred and spite for the "game" of golf. It's unbreakable and has a slight magic aura, but it's mostly a useless last-resort. Some henshins have a bit of additional equipment. Special Abilities: Summoning Magic: Phil can summon anything in the multiverse. There are rules, because Phil can't escape game-balance, and they are as follows: One, Phil can summon only ONE thing at a time. Two, Phil cannot summon gods. Three, if an abomination is summoned, ONE other thing can be summoned. Four, control is not guaranteed. Rule three owes to abominations being Phil's specialty. Something about a Creep and some zombies. An immortal aquatic entity of magic was involved, too. The summons run on Phil's MP, and disappear entirely when dismissed (including anything the summon summons, like magical flames or zombie tap-dancing penguins). HENSHIN!: Phil can instantly change his clothes to one of several outfits. It's mostly for show, but it has its uses. ●Summoning Robe: A plain, black, hooded robe with a robe belt. A Final Fantasy Summoner horn, complete with green headband, is in one pocket. The horn has vauge, undefined powers when worn, but Phil will not wear it as it looks goofy even for him. ●Spaceman: A functional, white space-suit with a fishbowl-style helmet. It protects from extreme pressures (so it's kinda a diving suit, too), extreme temperatures (though not, like, fire), and lack of air ('cause there's no air in space). It has a radio, but Phil doesn't know what channel it's on. ●SPECIAL HENSHIN! POWERSUIT!: Phil dons a blue Chozo battle-suit. It lacks Chozo weapons, instead utilising Cave Story weapons, namely the Spur, Rockets, and the Bubbler. All are level one (and I don't think our enemies will drop power crystals to level them up). Descriptions for you cretins who still haven't played Cave Story follow: Code:
Spur: A fairly powerful ray guy that fires bursts of energy at a high rate (though not as fast as the powerbeam). By holding the trigger, Phil can charge it to second, third, and max level, firing increasingly more powerful beams. Second level is a single thin beam that travels through foes. Third level fires two level two beams parallel to each other and about a foot apart. Max level fires a thick, high damage beam. Level one shots have about a 15-foot range, the higher levels are double that. Rockets: Higher damage than lvl 1 Spur shots and longer range (like, real long). Not as powerful as a lvl 2 Spur, not as accurate, and it takes time for the Chozo suit to make more missiles. Bubbler: Fires fist-sized bubbles that float skyward and pop quickly. It's neato. ●Partner: A tuxedo and an eyepatch. Phil laughs in a peculiar manner in this henshin Manga Space: Phil leaps into the air, compelling his opponent to follow him. In Manga space, there is no horizon; just speeding lines and a swirl of color. Once the combatants have entered, no one can enter or leave (except summons) until their business is completed. Only manga-esque techniques may be used, and their use is much easier. Phil doesn't really like to use this anymore, because it's not funny if he's the only one doing it. Hobbit Traits: Phil is highly resistant to evil influences. He can walk a long way. He's good with a broom. He's a bit of a creampuff who'd be better off staying home than gallavanting in hideous dungeons. Phil likes to sit in holes in the ground. Phil lacks Elijah Wood's scintillating, sapphire-blue eyes, but he does have furry feet. Most importantly, Phil is mortal. Like, "bash his head in with a bat and he's dead" mortal. He can't shrug off grenades or even bullets. As such, he tends to flee and send his summon to fight unless he has a better meat-shield (or an energy shield, in the case of his powersuit).

Not sure. I don't quite understand what the spell would do. If it summons all the stuff on the announcer's test at once, absolutely not. If it summons them one at a time, the last thing summoned would disappear each time the next summon showed up. The lyrical, spherical, diabolical denizens of the deep might stay two at a time, but they'd keep disappearing. I don't see any gods on the list, but I'd still say it's not likely that I could use that spell. However, if each summoned thing summoned the next thing itself (like, the hen summons the ducks), it could work, but they'd all disappear when I dismissed the hen.
Plus, didn't you give it to Skyshot? Let him use it.

I'm sure if he wanted to, he'd have said something more when I mentioned joining last night. Also, I haven't given him his different powers in comic form yet. I should probably do something about that.

I'm assuming from the title of this new thread we are doing Water next? And I was soo hoping we could go on to Air first. I was hoping I could find some way to increase my wind powers. Speaking of which, what's the usual policy with regards to increasing a persons powers and adding new forms in these RP's? I know in the past several people have suddenly aquired whole new powers and forms from nowhere. I only ask because at some point (most likely late game) I wish to use my human form, but first I would like to increase my Cursed forms powers, if that's at all allowed.
