My mother and sister have alliterative first names. And my mother, sister and I all have the same initial for our first and last name.

The thing is, we dont get to choose our own names, so what we are named has nothing to do with us at all. We're named at birth when our parents had no idea about the monsters we'd become later on.

Evocative names take on a whole new meaning in Chinese, when every word is an idea. For example, Zhi Wei means "Strong-willed and Great", though that is a too-literal translation...

I do think all Jessica's are hot, I don't know what it is but they are. I have a problem with Erin's. It's not like I make a point of only hooking up with them, it's just that afterwards when you're like 'so, what was your name again?' it has a tendency to come out "Erin".
And for that revelation, I'm going to hell.

My dad sorta has the same problem. See, my mom's name is Caryn (Karen spelt weird.) and they got hitched. Well, that didn't turn out so great, and they got divorced about two years later or so. Then, time passes, and dad met this other chick name Cara. They get married, and ten years go by before they get divorced. Kinda weird, eh? Maybe dad should start avoiding cars...
