Speaking of Voltron...

[Kyanbu The Legend]

New Episode has aired.


We start off with the Voltron force trying to manually use Voltron's formation change function at will. But Vince is unable to trigger the effects again. Meanwhile Danel and Alana (?) (against Alura's wishes) leave the castle and start hunting down remeants of Wade's drones for fun. After getting a unpleasent call to head back to the castle, Hunk decides to take the cadets to his secret junk yard, "The Hunk Yard" to blow off some steam and start bonding.

The cadets learn about Hunks days as a demolition derby driver. And after being inspired by his awesomeness, build demolition cars and start a destruction race. Meanwhile Peg and Alura joke about how Hunk actually believes his Junk Yard is a secret from them. After having a little battle, the Cadets and Hunk get attacked by more remnants of Wade's drones whom are now powered by haggarium, Voltron's kryptonite factor. Out matched now that Yellow Lion is down, Hunk brings out his old demolition truck and helps the cadets fight off the Drones, refusing to let the rest of the the team know what's going on for the sake of bonding with the cadets.

Just when they think everything is under control, the Drones merge together to create a giant drone, it's around this time that the rest of the team (whom already knew what was happening this whole time) show up to help. Without wasting any time the team attempts to form Voltron when suddenly Yellow Lion ends up forming the head, creating Yellow Voltron! Over excited about the new form, Hunk uses Yellow Voltron's Blazing Twin Maces to smash the gaint Wade Drone to bits! Meanwhile Peg figures out that Vince isn't the one altering Voltron. It's Voltron itself that's had these forms all along, and Vince is simply the key to unlocking these formations.

Now that they've gotten the hang of Voltron's formation change, Keith switches back to Normal Voltron and uses his Blazing Sword to finish off the giant Wade Drone all while negating the effects of the haggarium.


~So~ happy to see Black Lion get trolled again but it looks like this is the last time. Since in the previews for the next episode. the team has mastered Voltron's formation change but have discovered a sudden nasty draw back to using it too many times during a battle.

Last weeks episode wasn't all to great. Kind of felt like filler. So I'll just do this weeks episode. Why, because this episode is full of trolling moments.


The episode starts off with a volcano erupting near a peaceful farm. Red, Yellow, and Blue Lion arrive on to the scene. Red slows down the lova, Blue puts out the fires, and Yellow along with the other two rescue the farmers. The Lions then make their way to the Volcano and by combining their three elements (Fire, Rock, Water) seal up the Volcano by making a cement cover over it.

After-wards Pidge tries to figure out what caused the eruption when Alura notices giant holes all over the mountain region. Back at the castle, Pidge scans the planet for traces of what caused the holes and why. After examining images of each of the attacked locations (Lakes, Mountains, Forrest). Keith realizes that whatever is creating those holes is searching for the lion dens! Pidge scans Planet Aeris's Atmosphere and discovers a probe traveling around the planet at Hyper Mach 3! 2 Machs beyond the Lion's speed limits!

Against Keith's orders, Lance (feeling badass as usual) and Daniel head out in the Red Lion to try and catch the probe alone. They chase the probe around the planet while reaching Hyper Mach 2! But they are unable to even get close to the probe! Daniel asks Lance if he can give it a shot since hyper sonic speed is his Voltron power, but lance refuses his help and against Pidges advise, stubbornly pushes Red Lion beyond it's limits! Red Lion's energy drops dangerously low, forcing Lance and Daniel to retreat.

They meet up with the rest of the team and attempt to form Voltron, but (and this is my favorite part Xd ) the probe crashes into them mid transformation! Stopping them from forming Voltron. The team tries disparately to form Voltron only to get canceled out each times! After failing to form Voltron for the 5th TIME!! Keith issues a retreat and the team flees back to the castle, getting attacked (pwned) by the probe repeatedly along the way.

Back in the castle after an embarrassing ass kicking, Lance asks how it's even possible to not be able to form Voltron, when Daniel tells the team that he's shocked it hasn't happened before. Vince tells Daniel to shut it but Daniel keeps talking. He explains that he is a HUGE Voltron Fanatic and knows EVERYTHING about the lions including how long it takes to form Voltron.

36 seconds... it takes 36 seconds for them to form Voltron. Lance snarks at him that they're forming a giant, 1 million foot tall, robot and that 36 seconds is pretty damn fast. But Pidge agrees with Daniel, 36 seconds is WAY too long in a battle. Kieth suggests that the team now needs to fix that little transformation delay if they want to win this battle (or any battle from now on). BUT Pidge explains that would require a massive speed upgrade on each of the 5 lions. Kieth tells him he's got 6 hours to make it happen.

Meanwhile Lance is in his private training room fighting a King Lowtor hologram when Daniel asks if they could talk. Distracting Lance from his fight, causing the Lowtor hologram to knock him down. Pissed about losing, Lance asks him what he wants. Daniel tries to explain that he knows how to speed up the lions. But Lance yells at him that he's the commander and Daniel's just a cadet! He warns Daniel not to cross the line or else and walks out!

Against Lance's orders, Daniel and Vince take the Red Lion out to test out Daniel's idea. By linking up his Voltcom to Red Lion, Daniel uses his hyper sonic troll speed powers to push Red Lion beyond Hyper Mach 3!!! He basically just shamed Lance in his OWN LION!!! XD With this HUGE burst of speed, Daniel and Vince manage to not only get a picture of the probe (revealing it to be a giant eye sent by KING LOWOR) but catch it as well. But it breaks free and dashes off into space.

Excited by their accomplishment, Daniel and Vince head back to the castle... only to get screamed at by Lance who is now beyond pissed that they shamed his speed record in his OWN LION!! XD He's about to punish the two cadets when Kieth in the others walk in. Kieth explains that Lance should be thanking the cadets for figuring out what the probe was, proving that the probe can be stopped, AND figuring out how to boost the lions speed.

Lance gets even more pissed and storms off, followed by Alura who tries to calm him down. She explains to Lance that the cadets are only trying to help, not take their jobs, and that his days as the Red Lion Pilot are no where near coming to an end. Lance calms down and admits he was being an asshole and a punk. He decides to go apologize to the cadets when the castle gets attacked by the probe! It's been tracking the lions this whole time!!

Hermina worries that the Probe's attacks might destroy the castle but Pidge explains that Hunk had spent the last 5 years upgrading the Castle Defenses. Hunk then gloats that the castle could take a category 5 earthquake, without them even noticing it much less spilling their drinks! Without wasting time, the team head out in the lions. Followed by the Probe which has now stopped attacking the castle and started chasing them! Just as is closes in, Daniel hooks his voltcom up to Black Lion, allowing the team to form Voltron in less then a quarter of a second!!

Using the Troll Speed Power up, Voltron punches the Probe into space!! After catching up to it, the Probe changes into a Robeast. The team forms blazing sword instantly and try to cut it. But the Probe is still too fast and punches them aside. Kieth asks Daniel if he's got any more ideas. Daniel says that he does and boosts the power of his voltcom (still linked to the Black Lion)! Causing Voltron to get even faster, and Flash cuts the Probe 5 times in less then a second!!

The probe explodes and the team cheers! Except Kieth explains that the probe may have succeeded in it true mission. Finding the Lion dens!! Which judging from the next few scenes of Lowtor's adviser analyzing the probes data, the probe DID succeed in finding the Lion dens!!!


No scenes for the next episode where shown. Which means, we're probably going on a season break.

Man this episode was awesome. SO much trolling and the writers pointing out how silly it was that Voltron was even ABLE to be formed at all given that it takes 36 seconds to form him.

Out of curiosity, is anyone really looking forward to me doing these summaries?

Just wondering.

I'm like 3 episodes behind with these. Though I will tell you this, last weeks episode can be summed up in just a few words.

Voltron got curbstomped by...


Lowtor get's his own Voltron made out of 5 Robeasts. The Robeasts trap the lions in there dens. Vince proves that Technomancy is the most Awesome power EVER by defending the castle all. by. him. self. bitch'n! He frees keith and black lion whom head off to help Alura and the blue Lion. The Harmina and Danial head out in there demolution Vehicles to help out Hunk, whom then head out to free Pidge and the green lion just as lance starts to feel like he's being trolled by the team. The team frees Red Lion (Finally). The 5 Robeasts combine to form DEATH VOLTRON, DESTROYER OF THE UNIVERSE!!!!!

And then Voltron spends the entire Episode getting the shit kicked out of it. Then the team forms Blazing sword in an attempt to end the 10 minute beating... only for the sword to shatter on contact with Death Voltron, destroyer of plot armor! Just as the team is about to kill themselves, Voltron, and Death Voltron in a final attempt to kill it, Lowtor calls Death Voltron back, because he wanted to kill the lions himself.

The Voltron force is left fearing what might happen when it comes back. Since now there only hope is the final configuration mode "Green Center" ( Green Lion forms the head) as every one of the other 4 forms includeing blazing sword have failed to even dent it!


So yeah, Lowtor made Voltron his bitch! And next week, so will Wade. XD
